Oh my gosh, have I even mentioned how beautiful your hair is? Oh, and is that a new lipstick? I’m so not trying to beg for mercy and forgiveness because I haven’t written in a hundred years. I’ve been too busy travelling with the Doctaaaah all around the universe. Then I met River Song and I fell in love with her hair. It look so soft and curly and neverending. So fluffy and adobs and unicorns and rainbows.

As every fangirls’ life, the past few months have been an emotional rollercoster. I WAS IN A GLASS CASE OF EMOTION.

And then I met Sherlock and he told me he was so gay for Holmes. Yeah, I wish. They’ve got the hots for each other, they just can’t handle each other’s hotness so they pretend not to love each other. Is that twisted enough? I think so. Oh and Sherlock told me to tell you that he mustaches you all.

so….

"That is so true! You made me laugh (:"
Hi, thank you :) I’m glad you liked it :)
A fangirl is someone who at the question “What is your current occupation” will reply ever single time with a simple: “I ship people”. At this point the poor interviewer will stare at the teenage girl with wide eyes and mouth agape; add a general dumb facial expression and you get the right image. Well, that is the common reaction to such an answer. When my own father asked me what a fangirl was, I told him to google it. He had stared at me for a good five minutes before asking me what “google it” means. With a sigh I had to explain to him what that meant. He had nodded his head in defeat and actually opened his laptop and looked up on the Internet. He came back into my room, doubling over with laughter. He then told me he was a fangirl. I didn’t know what went through my head in that very moment. All I remember was my dad smirking at me and telling me that he liked Grey’s Anatomy a lot. I think I was scarred for life that day. Nonetheless, I’m still alive and writing this blog.
So, for those wondering what a fangirl is, I’m giving you a hand with this.
“The term fangirl can be used to describe a female member of a fandom community.” Yeah, well, DUH. No shit, Sherlock. Thank you, Wikipedia, I would have never guessed.
“Fangirls may be more devoted to emotional and romantic aspects of their fandom, especially (relation-)shipping.” This definition kind of gives you the idea, doesn’t it?
Now that we made clear what a fangirl is, shall we talk about me? No? Well, bitch, this is my blog so I am going to talk about myself! *panting* Just kidding, kiddoes! I ain’t hysteric like that, but yes, I’m going to talk about myself in this blog. In a very uncommon way, I’d add. I’d write my daily life through my favorite TV shows, movies, artists, actors and actress; I might even pop in some books too.
You could say I am a normal teenager because if you look at me, you can clearly see I always have my iPod in the front pocket of my jumper, headphones in my hears and humming to some song you probably don’t know. I’m probably keeping a smart phone in my right hand. If you take a closer look, you might see that I am think and extremely pale; that I wear minimal make-up in order to cover the dark circles around my eyes due to the very small amount of sleep I get. You’ll probably notice how much my skin suck. Eww, I hate being a teenager.
Oh, and about my phone. That thing is the love of my life. Mark my words: I’m gonna marry it one day. Then I’ll ask for a divorce and marry my computer. Then I’ll start an affair with Stana Katic (Castle) or Lisa Edelstein (House). I’ll die happy. That’s for sure. Those babes are hot!
Well, keep looking at my phone. If I’m using it, it isn’t because I’m texting my boyfriend. Nah. That would be so common and trust me when I say that common is boring. Am I typing like an obsessed and rabid rabbit? If the answer is no, then I’m either checking my emails or playing Fruit Ninja. On the other hand, if the answer is yes, then don’t be scared, I’m either playing Angry Birds or tweeting.
Oh Twitter, Twitter! - wherefore art thou Twitter? Yes, I love twitter. Yes, that’s normal for a fangirl to have at least one account. I have three and don’t you dare call me obsessed. I only use one. The other two are just there for whenever I need to vote like a crazy psycho for some awards or get something to trend.
I doubt you don’t know what twitter is, but let me explain it better. Twitter is commonly known as a social network, one of the best I’d say. But what have I told you about common? Common is boring, so… Yes, Twitter is indeed a social network, but most of all it is a procrastination tool. That and Tumblr. They are going to be the death of a fangirl.
I would say the truth if I said Twitter changed my life. Not only I got to know lots of people, but it lead me to the final step into the progress of being a fangirl: I got into a really huge fanbase.
And after two years of embarassing myself on that social network I decided it was time to mix two of my hobbies: writing and tweeting. So here we come to this first entry of my very first blog. I swear I’ll try to keep this thing for once. I’ll try to write whenever my social *cough* awkward *cough* life and school will let me. So…
hi, I won’t tell you my real name, but I’ll guide you through the life of a fangirl. Hold on tight, spider monkeys, to your *insert safety device of choice*, it’s going to be a bumpy journey. Hasta pronto, chicos y chicas!
P.S.: Whoever gets the references to TV shows and people’s quotations’, I swear I’ll send cookies.
